Lilly came to Sprouts already knowing what a professional kitchen felt like. Her first job was at the Boys and Girls Club, where she learned to properly hold a knife and discovered something about herself in the process: she does not like to be bored, and the kitchen never lets that happen. The structure, the pace, the constant motion - it suited her. She has been chasing that feeling ever since.

At Stanford dining, she hit the ground running. Talkative, outgoing, and genuinely energized by working alongside people, she made the kitchen a natural fit from day one. She came in with real skills already under her belt and the confidence of someone who has balanced school and work at the same time and made it look manageable.

Sprouts was a step toward something bigger for Lilly. She wants to open her own restaurant, and now she has the experience to prove she can.
