Kind Words from Our Community

Of Intern Rafael Arechiga: "Although Rafael didn't come from the nicest neighborhood, it was nice to see that he finally found a home in the kitchen. I can tell that the kitchen means a lot more than a job to Rafael because he's cooking for more than just himself."

“The Sprouts mission is pretty simple, yet aims for robust results… [Sprouts Chef Training] strives to teach Bay Area kids and teens from all social and economic backgrounds not just how to cook, but also how to cook with hands-on guidance from real chefs, using honest ingredients and in real restaurants as much as possible.”

Of Sprouts’ 2022 Benefit Gala at Mister Jiu’s: “Some of the Bay Area’s most notable culinary luminaries lent their star power to help nonprofit Sprouts Chef Training reach its fundraising goals at its March 13 gala… The event was both a celebration of San Francisco’s vibrant culinary scene as well as the inspiring graduates of the Sprouts Chef Training Program.”
