I am so supportive of their Chef Training program, which works to bring youth into our restaurants and organic farms, one youth, one restaurant, and one farm at a time.

Being a chef is a responsibility. It is the responsibility of transferring information from one generation to another.

The Chef Training program teaches them accountability, it teaches them responsibility and it gives them a real skill that they can lean on throughout their life.

The Sprouts Chef Training Program gives back. I didn’t really have that growing up, so I wanted to make sure that once I had my own place I could do that for somebody.
