Grab your chef’s knife and throw on a pair of closed-toe shoes – We’re gonna whip up traditional Indian fare!
We’ll focus on Southern India as we cook up Navatran Korma, a curry steeped in history and loaded with yummy seasonal veggies, healing spices and creamy coconut milk. Kids will learn to chop, puree, sauté, simmer, and even learn how to fry up gluten-free naan breads. Aspiring chefs will have the unique opportunity to learn about the tastes and healing nutrition of Indian cuisine. We hope you’ll join us for this ridiculously tasty adventure!
