This Presidents’ Day Weekend! Cook Your Way Through Argentina and Italy!
Don your aprons this President’s Day! We’re are going on a culinary adventure to Argentina and Italy, dipping down into Argentina to whip up empanads with our chef friends and then hopping on the plan to spend a day in Italy to make artisanal pasta from scratch! Chef Tomás from Buenos Aires will divulge his mother’s secret empanadas recipe – as long as we promise not to tell! Next, we’ll meet up with Chef Anna and Carol of The Passionate Olive to learn their recipes from Southern Italy. You gotta get in on this- your taste buds are going to be screaming!

They will show you everything you need to know to make your own rustic, Italian pastas -from scratch! Plus! Afterwards, we’ll brush the flour off from our hands and have some … olive oil cake! What?! Plus! Chef Carol will tell us what its like to be on TV, based on her experience from the recently aired episode of the PBS show I’ll Have What Phil’s Having.
