Executive Chef Josh of Americano Restaurant will teach us how to create perfect French crepes! We’ll start out with savory crepes oozing with melted cheese, herbs and our choice of vegetables and eggs. Then, we’ll whip up a sweet version with seasonal berries, hand-whipped cream, vanilla beans and a few surprises that he has in store. Chef Josh will show us a few tricks to mixing up batter with the perfect ratio of flour, milk and eggs. (It’s not as easy as it looks!) He will then show us how to use a special, French tool to make our crepes oh-so-thin! And all of this culinary deliciousness will take place right in Chef Josh’s restaurant on the Embarcadero – so fancy! You can’t beat an experience like this.
