We’re so excited to announce a January Cooking Series with Chef Matt of Oola Restaurant and Red Dog! Chef Matt will be offering classes on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday of January.
We will start the series by having Chef Matt teaching us his tricks on how to make the perfect panini paired with homemade creme fraiche. We will be whipping up the creme fraiche from scratch and learning about pairing flavors for our cheesy, crunchy paninis! You will not want to miss out cooking this dynamite dish with this talented chef!
