Get your sweet tooth ready for this special, seasonal class! In honor of maple harvesting season, we will be whipping up gluten-free pancakes with almond flour and bananas. Making fluffy pancakes without flour is a tricky process, but Chef Margot will teach us all of her insider tips. To pair with our pancakes, Margot will also be hosting a tasting of several maple syrup varieties as she teaches us about the delicate process of extracting sugar from sap.She will even share stories from her experience tapping trees and making syrup herself! Students will get the unique opportunity to taste the differences between amber, dark color and grade A syrup. Suuhhweeet! This class is going to be a flippin’ treat!
