In this Moroccan-inspired spice class, your kiddos will be transported to a different country with the help of beautifully-fragrant spices from SF-based spice shop, Spice Ace.

The young chefs will start off the day with a scrumptious cardamom spice cake, sifting and blending a delicate batter before sending it to the oven. Then they’ll jump into spiced Moroccan meatballs with a trio of sauces: mint cilantro, harissa, and lemon yogurt! To round out our Middle Eastern meal, we will prepare a freekeh salad with collard greens and chickpeas.
