Bonjour! Have you ever wondered how those delicate and colorful French cookie sandwiches are made? Look at the recipe and think, “je ne sais pas!”? Back by popular demand, we’re going to demystify these little beauties in our second macaron weekend class with your budding pastry chefs!
We’ll whip the egg whites to peak perfection, sift our dry ingredients, and gently fold all our elements together. Students will pipe our macaron shells into symmetrical rounds before sending them into the oven. Then they’ll come together with a delectable filling sandwiched in the middle!
The kiddos will create two different kinds of French macarons: chocolate hazelnut and lemon cream! And to wash down our delicate treats, your young chef will make a mint and lavender iced tea. This is a class you do not want to miss — be sure to get your tickets now before we sell out!!
