Join us for the first class in our Gluten Free Baking series!
We can’t wait to teach your kiddos how to make a decadent flourless chocolate cake with homemade whipped cream and a berry compote. Kids will get to chop, whisk, simmer and so much more! Chef Margot will share her best tips from her years of experience baking without wheat. This naturally gluten free recipe will prove that gluten freedom does not have to be bland, dry, or complicated! She will also demonstrate the art of cake decorating! Each student will get to adorn their own slice and practice their food styling and photography! Then we will all enjoy this melt-in-your-mouth dark chocolate deliciousness! This class will be fun for all kids! Whether you have celiac disease, are sensitive to gluten or just love chocolate- we hope to see you there!
