Chef Jessica of Delfina will be teaching Sprouts`aspring pastry chefs how to make artisanal chocolates inspired by her creations for Delfina`s menu! From flavored milk chocolates, to dark chocolate medallions, to white chocolates with cocoa nibs, her patîsserie apprentices will try it all! Our young chocolatiers will even craft their own artisnal chocolate boxes to wrap their cocoa craetions. And what`s more! Family and friends can order a box to give as gifts or to enjoy on their own! Join us for this 101 on chocolate decadence.
