Chef Sascha Weiss, the Executive Chef of The Plant Cafe, invites us into his culinary laboratory as we craft a Thai feast! We will cook up some of Chef Sascha’s favorite, Thai-inspired dishes for lunch! Learn how to pick the freshest ingredients – mint, cilantro and more! – for creating Thai-inspired spring rolls! Plus! We’ll be baking some mango coconut macaroons to accompany our personalized spring rolls! Chef Sascha will have us feastin’ like royalty!
