Jerry Katzenberger’s passion for the Culinary Arts began at a young age, helping his grandmother roll dough and peel apples for her famous apple pie and sourcing meat for his uncle’s beloved Italian deli in Long Island.

After graduating from the Culinary Academy of Long Island, he began his career with Reststar Hospitality Group, where he mastered French techniques at Bistro Cassis and later Bistro Citron, Argentine tapas at Café Buenos Aires, and Belgian cuisine at Moules Frites Biergarten Bistro. He also honed his skills at chic seafood restaurant Savanna’s before returning to his Italian roots. At Tarallucci e Vino Jerry uses his diverse culinary experiences to create innovative and seasonal Italian fare.
