Eva’s Story: Eva grew up in Oakland after her family moved from Mexico when she was very young. She lives with her mom and three brothers. She struggled with her family relationships and in school after her family separated, but she now has extra motivation to succeed both inside and out of the kitchen. She has always loved to watch her mom cooking in the kitchen. When she was little, she would get out a notebook and write down all of the ingredients her mom was using.
Future Goals: Eva wants to continue working in restaurants and study business management so that she can run her own restaurant one day!
